SnailMail is built on the principle of simplicity. We collect minimal data, store nothing unnecessarily, and respect your privacy above all else.

What We Collect

• Email addresses: Only when you send campaigns (temporarily stored for delivery)
• Payment information: Processed securely through Paddle (we never see your card details)
• Basic usage data: Number of emails sent, campaign success rates

What We DON'T Collect

• No email tracking or open rates
• No click tracking
• No personal profiles or accounts
• No cookies for advertising
• No data selling to third parties

Data Storage

Email lists are processed in memory and deleted immediately after sending. We don't store your email content or recipient lists on our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Email delivery: Mailgun/SendGrid (industry-standard email providers)
• Payments: Paddle (secure payment processing)
• Analytics: Basic server logs only (no user tracking)

Your Rights
